Terms of service

Custom orders have a 5 week turn around or less.  If you cancel your order there is a restocking fee $25.00 charge or 10% of order, whichever is greatest.  If your item is already customized, there will be no refund and your item will be shipped once it is cured. 

Not all tumblers are made on live.  If you want to see it made on live, please email me so we can arrange time and date.

By submitting your order after payment you are agreeing to these terms listed on my page.
